Please review our booking policy below: Consultation: We offer a complimentary thirty minute (30 mins) consultation to discuss your project requirements, goals, and timeline. This allows us to understand your needs fully and provide you with a customised solution. Booking Confirmation: Upon agreement of the project scope and terms, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified in your proposal and is non-refundable. Project Timeline: We will provide you with an estimated timeline for your project based on its complexity and our current workload. Timelines are subject to change based on factors such as client feedback and revisions. Communication: Clear and timely communication is essential for the success of your project. We will keep you updated on the progress and milestones reached throughout the development process. Revisions: We understand that revisions may be necessary to achieve your desired outcome. Only two rounds of revisions will be included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Final Payment: The final payment is due upon completion of the project and before the final deliverables are released to you. Once the final payment is received, ownership of the project will be transferred to you. Cancellation: In the event of project cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed at our hourly rate, and you will be responsible for payment. Refunds: Refunds are not typically provided once work has commenced on your project. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Confidentiality: We treat all client information with the utmost confidentiality and will not disclose any details of your project without your explicit consent.
